This is one of the most exciting marketing builds in UK fintech right now, with the financial strength, customer base, and product depth to back it up.As our Senior Growth Manager (Performance Marketing) for the US and Mexico, you'll be the operational engine behind our growth in two new markets. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you'll own the tactical campaign management of our digital acquisition across the US and MX - standing up channels from scratch, finding what works, and scaling the winners. You'll manage significant budgets on Meta, TikTok and Google Ads, identify and iterate on winning creative concepts, and optimise conversion funnels for two very different markets.You'll be part of a lean, high-performing team of operators. At Lendable, individual contributors wear many hats. We ask ourselves: what's the most impactful thing I can achieve this week? And then own that thing end to end. This role combines digital strategy with hands-on performance marketing execution - perfect for someone who's a deep specialist in one or more digital channels, with the breadth and appetite to learn fast and build in unfamiliar territory.We're looking for someone who takes ownership, spots opportunities others miss, and gets genuinely excited about turning creative concepts into scaled winners - in markets where there's no existing playbook to lean on. You'll work with sophisticated attribution models, systematic creative testing frameworks and modern growth methodologies.What we're looking forEssential:2–4 years in performance marketing with a strong creative tilt, preferably D2C, challenger brands and/or fintechDeep hands-on Meta, Google Ads and TikTok campaign management experience, managing multi-million annual budgetsA strong understanding of effective hooks, messaging and creative formats for social mediaFamiliarity with attribution modelling and incrementality testing conceptsA strong analytical mindset; SQL proficiency preferredComfortable creating and working with AI tools to enhance productivity and analysisComfortable operating with ambiguity and building in new audiences and markets without an established playbookDesirable:Experience launching or scaling acquisition in the US and/or Mexican marketsSpanish language skills valued but not essentialExperience standing up a digital channel or market from scratchExperience in financial services or other regulated consumer categoriesYou're a good fit if you're:An owner: you see digital marketing opportunities and execute them without detailed instructionsCreative and analytical: you balance intuition with data-driven decision makingDetail-oriented: you catch performance patterns others miss and build robust testing processesEnergised by greenfield: you'd rather build the engine in a new market than take the reigns from someone elseGrowth-minded: you're here to learn, improve and take on bigger challengesWhat you'll be doingChannel Strategy & Scaling:Own the D2C acquisition strategy for the US and Mexico across paid social and search, driving volume and efficiency against ambitious incremental CAC targetsLead the launch and scale of new high-potential channels while ensuring Meta, Google and TikTok maintain a best-in-class foundation from day oneEstablish what works in two distinct markets and build the repeatable playbook to scale itCreative Engine:Drive the performant creative engine: translate customer insights and winning patterns to inform clear, data-informed briefs for our external creator network, ensuring high-performing video content is produced at speedSystematically analyse creative output to build and refine our hook and concept library, providing actionable feedback to the in-house creatorsAdapt messaging and creative to the cultural and linguistic nuances of the US and Mexican audiencesOptimisation & Measurement:Execute daily and weekly optimisations across paid channels, leveraging internal attribution models to inform bidding and budget allocation decisionsMaintain and audit the conversion tracking setup to ensure accurate, high-quality signal engineering for ad platform algorithmsActively triangulate results from multiple attribution sources (e.g. MMM, internal models, incrementality tests) to drive as much impact as possibleLife at LendableWinning team: the opportunity to scale up one of the world’s most successful fintech companiesFlexible working: flexible approach tailored to each role.
