What You Can Expect As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you'll sit at the center of Zoom's Go-To-Market and Revenue Operations function, where your work shapes how we scale a compliant, data-driven revenue engine globally. You'll partner closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT to design processes that are both rigorous and adaptable, bringing clarity to complex cross-functional challenges. This role offers real ownership across the full Demand-to-Retention lifecycle, from pipeline strategy to CPQ and renewals, giving you the breadth to grow as a systems and process leader. You'll operate as a trusted voice in strategic conversations, translating business needs into scalable solutions that directly impact how Zoom goes to market. About the Team Our Go-To-Market and Revenue Operations team sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Operations, and IT to build a scalable and compliant revenue engine. We are focused on process excellence and systems strategy, enabling smarter Go-To-Market growth and more efficient revenue management across the business. Responsibilities Own and optimize end-to-end Demand-to-Retention (D2R) processes across lead generation, opportunity conversion, pipeline management, forecasting, CPQ/quote-to-cash, renewals, and expansion Analyze pipeline health, conversion metrics, and forecast accuracy to surface insights that drive revenue performance Design and improve workflows, controls, and business rules to support scalable Go-To-Market operations Partner with Go-To-Market and Finance teams on pricing, deal structure, and new sales motions Identify operational gaps and lead process and system improvements across the revenue lifecycle Translate business requirements into Salesforce/CPQ configurations and support end-to-end delivery Operationalize policy through scalable processes and governance controls that support compliance Drive enablement and adoption of new processes, tools, and operational standards across stakeholder teams What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience; advanced degree is a plus 6+ years of experience in Go-To-Market Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Process roles Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (SFDC) and CPQ tools, including platforms such as Leadspace, LeanData, Clari, ZoomInfo, Zuora, Lusha, or comparable solutions Deep understanding of Demand-to-Retention (D2R) processes within a SaaS environment Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives, system enhancements, and stakeholder alignment Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Understanding and knowledge of how to use LLM within your everyday work Experience in scaling or SOX-compliant environments is a plus Ways of Working Our structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
