Role OverviewVurke is seeking experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio Developers to design and deploy enterprise copilots and AI agents for international clients.Key Responsibilities Design, build and deploy solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Develop conversational and agent-based business workflows. Configure topics, actions, knowledge sources and orchestration. Connect copilots to enterprise data and applications. Integrate Copilot Studio with Power Automate and Power Platform. Develop actions using APIs and custom connectors. Integrate Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365. Implement authentication and access controls. Design grounding and knowledge-retrieval approaches. Test conversational accuracy and agent behavior. Troubleshoot hallucination, grounding and workflow issues. Monitor and improve deployed copilots. Participate in client requirements and solution-design sessions. Required Skills Hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio experience. Power Automate. Dataverse. Power Platform. REST APIs and custom connectors. Microsoft 365 integration. Understanding of generative AI and LLM concepts. Prompt design and conversational design. Knowledge grounding and retrieval concepts. Authentication and enterprise security fundamentals. Preferred Azure OpenAI. Azure AI Foundry. Azure AI Search. RAG architectures. Microsoft Graph. Dynamics 365. Azure Functions. Previous enterprise chatbot/virtual-agent experience.
