Tech Team The Technology Regulatory Excellence (TREX) EEMEA team works across Mastercard’s technology organization to help ensure products, services, and operations align with evolving regulatory requirements across Europe, Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EEMEA). The team partners with product, engineering, operations, legal, and market teams to assess regulatory impacts, support compliance initiatives, and strengthen technology resilience across the region. What You Will Do As a Technical Program Management Intern, you will support cross-functional programs focused on technology, regulatory, and operational resilience initiatives across EEMEA. You will assist with research, data analysis, project tracking, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and reporting activities while gaining exposure to how large-scale technology and regulatory programs are planned, governed, and delivered within a global organization.
