As we expand internationally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental practices around the world, empowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people and their patients.About the RoleAs we optimise our go-to-market strategy, we have segmented our sales approach into SMB, enterprise, large enterprise and strategic channels. Our Large Enterprise Account Executive (AE) will build, execute and scale our efforts in the large enterprise and strategic channels in the UK, focusing on dental groups and corporates with 50 to 100+ sites across NHS, mixed and private models.This is a complex, executive-level sale to stakeholders across group leadership, clinical and regional management, and procurement, with the aim of winning master agreements, pilots and large-scale rollouts. You'll have a pod for direct support, including an Inside AE, a BDR and a dedicated post-sales team.This is a founding role scaling a core GTM channel for the fastest-growing product in dental history.What You'll DoQualify leads through discovery calls with senior stakeholdersIdentify and break into large multi-region dental groups and corporates across the UKBuild relationships with regional managers, practice managers and clinicians within target groups to drive adoption and new client acquisitionPartner closely with an Inside AE to win Large Enterprise accounts through a hybrid approach (you work top-down, the Inside AE works bottom-up)Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees, including group CEO or COO, clinical director, finance and procurementMeticulously track your sales activity in Salesforce and strive to exceed targetsAct as a core stakeholder in defining Dandy's large enterprise and strategic sales processes, and help shape the UK playbook, positioning and pricingBe a student of the UK dental industry, including NHS contracting, private practice economics and group consolidation, and an expert in the Dandy value proposition for this segmentWork closely with senior sales leadership to meet KPIs and revenue targetsWhat We're Looking For5+ years of sales experience in a high-growth start-up environment (SaaS strongly preferred)Deep experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals, ideally with enterprise or multi-site customers, including selling directly to C-suite stakeholdersA track record of winning pilots and rolling them out into wider agreementsA commitment to continuous improvement and an appetite to learn new sales concepts through rigorous trainingThe ability to navigate ambiguity and ramp up quickly with limited resourcesStrong Salesforce or CRM disciplineAn overall track record of professional successRight to work in the UKBonus Points ForExperience selling into UK dental, healthcare or other multi-site, regulated sectorsExperience with marketplace modelsOutstanding professional referencesA relentlessly positive attitude, a strong sense of humour and the ability to have fun at workReq ID: J-1287For full-time positions, Dandy offers a wide range of best-in-class, comprehensive, and inclusive benefits tailored to each country where we operate.
