Act as the senior React engineering specialist within a cross-functional platform team. Own front-end solution components from technical design through implementation, testing, deployment and stabilization. Provide practical guidance on architecture, code quality, reusable patterns and integration with Microsoft cloud services. Key responsibilities Design and build responsive React applications and reusable component libraries using TypeScript. Apply modern React patterns including functional components, hooks, state management and modular architecture. Integrate front ends with REST APIs and Microsoft services using secure authentication and authorization patterns. Implement automated unit, component and end-to-end tests and support quality gates in CI/CD pipelines. Optimize applications for accessibility, browser compatibility, performance, observability and maintainability. Conduct code reviews, identify technical debt and guide sustainable remediation.
