Technical Support Engineer

We’re looking for a highly technical Technical Support Engineer to help enterprise customers troubleshoot and resolve complex platform, infrastructure, and deployment issues.The project is an AI vision platform running on Kubernetes, used for enterprise video analytics. In this role, you’ll provide technical support across Kubernetes-based deployments, software, infrastructure, networking, hardware, and configuration issues.You’ll work directly with customers during technical discussions and troubleshooting sessions, reproduce customer environments to diagnose issues, manage support tickets, and clearly communicate technical findings, workarounds, and resolutions.
