This is a remote position.Reservationist – Remote | Luxury Private Lodge Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and organised Reservationist for a luxury private lodge. This remote opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented hospitality professional with a passion for guest service, strong communication skills and the ability to manage reservations efficiently in a luxury hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage reservations from initial enquiry through to confirmation, ensuring a seamless booking process. Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries via email and telephone. Provide accurate information regarding accommodation, rates, availability and lodge offerings. Process bookings, amendments and cancellations efficiently. Maintain accurate reservation records and update booking systems accordingly. Liaise with lodge teams to ensure all guest requirements and special requests are communicated effectively. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining the high standards expected within a luxury hospitality environment. Assist with administrative duties related to reservations and guest communication. Requirements: Previous experience in a reservations role within the hospitality or tourism industry. Experience working with reservation systems and booking platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. A professional telephone manner and a guest-focused approach. Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads and perform well under pressure. Salary: R15,000 – R18,000 per month, depending on experience.
