This is a remote position. Lead the HR within Portugal and other European countries; Source the most talented IT experts and Software Developpers in South Europe and LATAM; Responsible for candidate journey and Onboardings; Ensure candidate journey for recruitment process is upkept and optimised; Develop and communicate the employer brand as a key culture ambassador; Plan, develop and follow up on the engagement plan, events and team buildings; Develop and manage a brilliant and fun employee experience; Continue to boost an open feedback & communication culture; Admin HR management tasks such as: compliance with labour law, health and safety standards, payroll, contract administration, internal reporting, employee benefits, etc; Requirements Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or a similar area; Experience in IT Recruitment (+ 2 years); - Fluent in English (French is a plus);- Good communicator;- Proactive, motivated & driven.Benefits Attractive and transparent remuneration system; - Stable employment; Professional development in an international environment; - Additional benefits package; The ability to implement your own ideas; - Good work atmosphere.Originally posted on Himalayas
