Own and develop the Bioquell portfolio strategy, including product positioning, lifecycle management and growth opportunities. Translate customer, market and competitive insights into actionable portfolio strategies, innovation priorities and business cases. Partner with regional teams to identify market needs and drive global innovation initiatives. Develop and execute portfolio plans, including market assessments, customer segmentation, pricing strategy, forecasting and demand planning. Lead product launch, portfolio expansion and commercialization projects in collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations and RD&E. Monitor portfolio performance through analysis of revenue, profitability, market trends, customer adoption and competitive dynamics. Provide strategic guidance, competitive intelligence and business insights to support field sales effectiveness and customer engagement. Support development of customer-facing value propositions, sales enablement tools and training materials that communicate the value of Bioquell solutions. Stay current on industry trends, regulatory developments and emerging technologies impacting contamination control and Life Sciences manufacturing. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic projects and achieve business objectives. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 8 years of professional experience, or MBA with 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and internet-based business applications. Experience in product management, portfolio management, product marketing or strategic marketing within a B2B environment. Demonstrated experience developing and executing portfolio strategies, product launches or commercialization initiatives. Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, RD&E, Supply Chain and Operations teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience within Life Sciences, pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotechnology, medical device, healthcare, cleanroom, contamination control or related regulated industries. Experience managing technical products, capital equipment, instrumentation, automation solutions or other complex equipment-based offerings. Knowledge of contamination control, bio-decontamination, aseptic processing, cleanroom operations or GMP-regulated environments. Experience with product lifecycle management, portfolio optimization, pricing strategy and sales forecasting. Demonstrated success owning a product portfolio and delivering business growth through strategic portfolio decisions. Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures; strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Demonstrated leadership skills including strategic planning, critical thinking, cross-functional collaboration and execution of multiple business priorities. Effective written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and projects.
