Working together with the AML team you will be responsible for assisting in designing and developing all aspects of the framework, including reviewing escalated screening alerts, policies and procedures, transaction monitoring and overseeing the onboarding of new clients. You will be supported by Associated-level and Senior Associate level colleagues to help you learn and develop across the entire AML Framework.What you'll doReview escalated screening alerts from the Onboarding teamConducting gap analyses of existing policies and procedures against the JMLSG;Assistance in developing policies, procedures and guidance for the Onboarding team;Provide advice on financial -crime related queries from within the organisation;Help to develop and provide face-to-face training on Financial Crime related matters;Assist in developing, implementing and performing first line of controls;Assist in developing additional targeted second line monitoring;Assist in developing and preparing relevant Management Information;Prepare PEP and High Risk Client Forms for signoff by MLRO/DMLROInvestigate SARs submitted to UK compliance and submit to the NCA where required;Assist in dealing with 3rd party DPA requests – Police, Council, Insolvency Service, and other external agencies including foreign law enforcement e.g investigating and responding to their requests;Assist in handling any civil court claims including investigation, provision of evidence, responding to the court, attending court if required;Monitoring of suspicious transactions;Additional ad hoc projects as required by the FCM and the wider compliance team.What you need to haveEducated to a degree level or similar professional qualificationDemonstrated interest and knowledge in AML/CTF laws and regulations.Strong data analysis skills, with the capability to develop and write analytical reportsStrong stakeholder management skillsHighly developed verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to work both independently and as part of a team, escalating challenges or concerns promptly and appropriatelyStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsHigh energy for performance in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesWhat we offerUnique challenges that will help you grow and realise your potential really fastOpportunity to make a big impact - you will create products used by millions of investors to build wealthWork with smart, high-performing colleagues with a common goal in a flat, cross-functional team structureAn environment where nothing is set in stone, no bureaucracyAppreciation for your talent and ideasGenerous remuneration package including annual bonuses Bring your ambition to Europe’s fastest-growing mobile broker!Bring your ambition to Europe’s fastest-growing mobile broker!Find more English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow
