Job Description:We are seeking aHealthcare Compliance Specialist/Managerto support U.S. Speaker Program compliance monitoring for a leading biopharmaceutical organization. The consultant will help review speaker programs, identify potential compliance risks, evaluate supporting documentation, track remediation activities, and prepare monitoring reports and metrics. Key Responsibilities: Conduct live, data, and process-based compliance monitoring. Review speaker program activities, documentation, payments, meals, attendance, contracting, and training records. Identify compliance risks, control gaps, and recurring trends. Document observations and support escalation and remediation activities. Maintain monitoring trackers, reports, and supporting documentation. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on follow-ups and documentation. Assist with risk-based sample selection and monthly monitoring activities. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare compliance, auditing, monitoring, or risk management. Familiarity with pharmaceutical speaker programs and HCP compliance requirements. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and data/reporting tools.
