In this role, you'll apply your primary care clinical expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required. Your domain knowledge is what matters.Scope of Work Annotate and review clinical content and medical records (office visit notes, assessments and plans, referrals, lab and imaging results, and care coordination documentation), ensuring accuracy, clinical soundness, and completeness. Evaluate AI-generated outputs for clinical accuracy, safety, and appropriateness across a broad range of patient populations, from pediatrics to geriatrics, and across acute, chronic, and preventive care. Apply clinical judgment and knowledge of evidence-based guidelines and standards of care to validate and enrich datasets. Collaborate with project stakeholders via written and verbal communication to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities in clinical documentation. Provide high-quality feedback on guidelines and edge cases to improve project workflows and model understanding. Preferred Qualifications Active MD degree and, ideally, board certification in Family Medicine. Based in the United States and licensed to practice medicine in the U.S. Hands-on clinical experience in primary care or family medicine settings (e.g., clinics, community practices, health systems). Broad clinical exposure across common acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and multiple patient age groups. Previous annotation or clinical review experience is a plus. Proficiency with both written and verbal communication, with a strong attention to clarity and detail. Originally posted on Himalayas
