You’ll work closely with sales teams to validate orders, resolve issues, and ensure all required information is captured to enable timely and accurate invoicing.Key responsibilitiesReviewing and validating sales orders against contracts and internal policiesEnsuring all required information and documentation is in place for accurate and timely invoicingIdentifying and resolving discrepancies with sales teams before orders are approvedWorking closely with Finance to resolve invoicing or payment-related issuesMaintaining high-quality and accurate data within the CRM systemSupporting client and internal queries related to orders and invoicingAssisting with invoicing and Accounts Receivable processes following onboarding RequirementsStrong organisational and communication skills, with a professional manner whether written or verbal Strong data entry and recording skillsStrong organisational and time management skillsComfortable working with data and systems in a structured, process-driven roleProficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)Experience using a CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 desirable) Working arrangementsHybrid working (3 days per week in office)Location: Leeds, Bristol or LondonFull-timeFind more English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow
