Leverage strong functional knowledge of SAP Finance to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements. Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, SAP teams, and other technology teams. Support requirements analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation activities. Participate in workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder meetings. Identify business process gaps and recommend appropriate solutions. Support the development and execution of test scenarios and user acceptance testing (UAT). Assist with issue identification, analysis, and resolution throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain clear and accurate project and requirements documentation. Communicate project updates, requirements, risks, and dependencies effectively to stakeholders. RequirementsRequired Qualifications 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise technology environments. Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Finance (FI). Strong understanding of finance-related business processes and how they are supported within SAP. Proven experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Experience working in complex enterprise or consulting environments. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
