You will design future‑proof, compliant, and efficient solutions for workforce planning, shift optimization, and personnel cost control, ensuring their seamless integration into HR, ERP, and access control systems. You will act as the domain owner for Workforce within our solution stack and serve as the central interface between Product Management, R&D, Legal, Sales, and our customers.Sounds like the right mission for you? Then join our team and apply today for this 100% remote position as Senior Solution Manager – Workforce Optimization & Compliance (m/f/d)!Your ResponsibilitiesStrategic ResponsibilityFurther development of our workforce management portfolioDefinition of target architectures and solution componentsDevelopment of SaaS and vertical solution conceptsCompliance & RegulationEnsuring compliance with working time laws (DE/EU), collective agreements, and industry- or KRITIS-specific requirementsContinuous monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of relevant legal/regulatory changes, as well as initiating and supporting the implementation of required adjustments or new features in our workforce management solutionsDefinition of functional requirements for R&DSupport for audit and compliance requirementsWorkforce OptimizationDevelopment of efficient shift and deployment modelsAnalysis and optimization of personnel costsDefinition of relevant KPIs and analytics conceptsSupport in simulations and scenario modelingIntegration & System ArchitectureCollaborate with Engineering in designing interfaces to HR, ERP, time and attendance, and access control systemsClarify requirements for data structures and information exchanges between systems with Engineering, to support the definition of APIs and data models Presales & Customer ConsultingSupport with complex tendersConducting workshops with key accountsCreation of business cases and value arguments Key QualificationsProfessional QualificationsDegree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable fieldSeveral years of experience (at least 5–8 years) in the areas of workforce management, HR IT systems, time & attendance, or operations managementProfessional CompetenciesIn‑depth knowledge of working time regulations (Germany + ideally EU)Experience with collective agreement logic and company agreementsStrong understanding of HR and ERP systemsExperience with integration architectures (APIs, data models)Strong analytical skillsExperience in KPI definition and efficiency analysisVery good English and German skills, both written and spokenIdeally, you also bring experience withSAP HCM / SuccessFactorsWorkdayATOSSUKG / KronosWhat Sets You ApartStrategic thinking and strong execution skillsHigh sensitivity to regulatory requirementsAbility to structure and articulate complex requirements clearlyExcellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholdersEntrepreneurial mindset and strong affinity for SaaSYour BenefitsWhat makes working with us great?We take care of you while you take care of your business!
