We look forward to seeing the impact you’ll make through a variety of operational and conceptual tasks!We’re interested in a long-term collaboration and are flexible in structuring the working student position. The expected number of hours is 20 hours per week.These tasks interest youYou’ll provide support across various areas of talent development, such as the design of new development formats or the further enhancement of our agile feedback structures.You’ll contribute to the continuous optimization of our internal mentoring system and play an active role in the co-creation of various mentoring formats and tools.You’ll take responsibility for the area of employee satisfaction as your own project - from preparation and regular execution to deriving concrete actions from our employee satisfaction survey, as well as ensuring its continuous improvement and valid foundation.You’ll assist with operational tasks in talent development, such as organizational tasks in preparing training events or maintaining data.Together with us, you’ll explore how AI can facilitate and enrich our agile talent development.You’ll take on research tasks and in-depth analyses, such as cross-comparisons of mentoring concepts in other agile organizations, human empowerment in dealing with complexity and ambiguity, and motivation and empowerment outside of hierarchical structures.That makes you stand outYou are studying (Business) Psychology or HR Management or are pursuing a comparable degree program - in the second half of your bachelor’s program or in your master’s program.You have already gained some professional experience in the field of HR, ideally in Talent Development.You enjoy familiarizing yourself with new, complex topics, such as agile talent development or lateral leadership. You’re excited to learn new tools and have an affinity for and openness to working with AI.
