The Marketing Communications Intern will support the UK Mobility Aftermarket Marketing team in the planning, creation and delivery of marketing activities across multiple channels. The role provides hands-on experience in digital marketing, communications, event management, procurement, supplier management and marketing administration, whilst working closely with Product Specialists, external agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Advertising Create, update and proofread digital advertising materials, banners and promotional assets. Support website campaigns and online marketing activities. Coordinate stakeholder approvals for marketing content. Product Newsletters Produce and distribute product newsletters. Gather content and approvals from Product Specialists and key stakeholders. Update newsletter content, imagery and editorial material. Social Media & Digital Campaign Support Support the planning and coordination of social media campaigns. Work with Bosch Europe and agency partners to deliver boosted content and paid social media advertising. Coordinate campaign assets, approvals and stakeholder feedback. Monitor campaign performance and support reporting activities. Website Content Management Support website updates and content maintenance. Upload and manage digital marketing assets. Assist with website promotions and campaign content. Purchase Orders & Supplier Management Raise and track purchase orders. Liaise with suppliers regarding quotations, deliveries and invoices. Maintain procurement records and tracking documents. Support procurement and finance processes. SAP Internal Ordering Process internal product and marketing-related orders through SAP. Support supplier setup and procurement administration activities. Event & Exhibition Support Support the planning and delivery of exhibitions, trade shows and events. Coordinate event materials, giveaways and promotional items. Assist with logistics, supplier coordination and event administration. Marketing Asset Management Maintain and organise marketing materials and digital assets. Update brochures, flyers and literature. Source approved assets from internal marketing platforms. Clothing & Merchandise Ordering Manage branded clothing and merchandise requests. Obtain quotations, place orders and coordinate deliveries. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely fulfilment. General Marketing Administration Maintain marketing trackers, records and spreadsheets. Coordinate approvals and internal communications. Provide administrative support across marketing campaigns and projects. This placement offers broad exposure to all areas of a busy marketing department and provides practical experience in campaign delivery, stakeholder management, supplier coordination and business operations. Essential Criteria Currently studying towards a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related subject. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Proactive and willing to learn. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Professional approach when dealing with internal and external stakeholders. Desirable Criteria Previous experience of marketing, communications, events or social media activity. Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms. Experience managing social media channels. Interest in digital marketing and the automotive industry. Understanding of website content management systems. Awareness of procurement or purchase order processes. Experience working with data, reporting or marketing analytics. This is a 12-month internship beginning in June 2027. This position is open to undergraduate students who are eligible to partake in a work placement as part of their university course. Location: you will be based at the Denham office. As an Intern at Bosch, you will participate in an exclusive learning and development programme called the BUILD Programme designed to support you through your internship journey. It includes a mixture of in-person and virtual sessions on topics including Effective Communication and Leading Myself provided by expert external trainers. You must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your placement and for the full duration of your placement.
