For more information visit: The Opportunity We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Associate Manager - Delivery to lead complex, business-critical transformation programs spanning multiple workstreams, technology teams, business functions, geographies, and delivery partners. Operating directly with Business/Sponsors to provide end-to-end program leadership, establish integrated governance, and align stakeholders around measurable business outcomes, delivery commitments, and value realization. Responsibilities: Serving as the primary business delivery lead for strategic transformation initiatives, translating business objectives into integrated program outcomes, delivery strategies, success measures, and measurable value Owning end-to-end program delivery from strategic definition and discovery through execution, implementation, benefits realization, transition to operations, and closure across multiple time zones and geographies Orchestrating multiple, cross-functional workstreams and partners to deliver aligned outcomes and end-to-end releases, from readiness to go/no-go decisions through deployment and post-launch support Establishing and continuously improving the program operating model, governance framework, decision forums, delivery cadence, accountability mechanisms, and escalation paths Coordinating across business, external partner organizations and engineering/delivery teams to align priorities, scope, dependencies, resources, sequencing, and commitments Driving integrated planning, milestone and release tracking, dependency management, financial awareness, risk and issue management, and executive-level status reporting Maintaining an end-to-end view of the transformation roadmap, ensuring that all workstreams remain aligned with business objectives, target timelines, expected outcomes, and benefits Anticipating systemic risks, identifying cross-functional blockers, and facilitating timely enterprise-level decisions and interventions before delivery commitments are affected Facilitating decision-making among business and technology stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership, timely follow-through, and accountability for actions, deliverables, and outcomes Establishing program-level metrics and dashboards that measure delivery health, business outcomes, benefits, value realization, strategic impact, and stakeholder confidence Preparing steering committee materials, leadership communications, executive updates, decision papers, and concise reporting that communicates progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and required actions Requirements: 10+ years of progressive experience in technology delivery, program management, or transformation leadership, with demonstrated accountability for complex, multi-workstream programs Proven ability to operate & lead through influence, and align senior business, technology, product, data, and partner stakeholders across a matrixed organization Strong experience establishing program governance, integrated plans, executive reporting, delivery metrics, risk and dependency controls, and benefits-realization mechanisms Demonstrated success managing globally distributed teams, multiple delivery partners, competing priorities, resource constraints, and complex organizational dependencies Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, facilitation, and decision-support skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and escalate appropriately Sound commercial and financial awareness, with the ability to connect delivery performance to business outcomes, value, benefits, and strategic impact Working knowledge of Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery approaches, major-release governance, change management, and operational-readiness practices Practical understanding of AI, advanced analytics, and automation in delivery management, including responsible adoption, human oversight, data quality, and appropriate governance A bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, business, or a related discipline; a master’s degree is an added advantage Relevant professional certifications in program or project management, Agile delivery, product delivery, or change management are advantageous Benefits: Performance-based annual bonus Performance rewards and recognition Agile Benefits - special allowances for Health, Wellness & Academic purposes Entertainment allowance Team engagement allowance Comprehensive Health & Life Insurance Cover - extendable to parents and in-laws Hybrid work arrangement Sysco LABS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
