If you’re curious, collaborative, and driven to make a positive impact—this is where you can.Role PurposeThe IAM Analyst is responsible for delivering and improving Identity & Access Management controls across ClearBank.This role combines operational IAM responsibilities with ownership of processes such as access reviews, identity lifecycle management, and privileged access controls. The IAM Analyst will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure access is appropriately governed, secure, and aligned with regulatory expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage joiner, mover, leaver (JML) processes to ensure accurate and timely provisioning and deprovisioning of accessOwn and deliver periodic access reviews and certification campaigns across key systemsAdminister identity platforms (e.g. Microsoft Entra ID) including role-based access control and group managementSupport and maintain privileged access management processes and controlsAct as a point of contact for IAM-related queries and provide guidance to stakeholdersInvestigate and resolve access-related incidents and issuesEnsure IAM activities are documented and audit-ready, supporting internal and external auditsWork with application owners to define and maintain appropriate access modelsIdentify opportunities to improve and automate IAM processes and workflowsContribute to IAM projects, including tooling enhancements and onboarding of new applicationsWhat success looks like in the role:IAM processes are delivered consistently, efficiently, and in line with policy and SLAsAccess reviews are completed with high engagement and strong audit evidenceAccess risks are proactively identified and mitigatedStakeholders trust IAM as a knowledgeable and reliable functionContinuous improvements and automation opportunities are regularly deliveredSkills & Experience (must have)Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management principles (RBAC, least privilege, segregation of duties)Experience managing user access and identity lifecycle processes in an enterprise environmentExperience administering identity platforms (e.g. Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD or equivalent)Strong understanding of access reviews, governance, and compliance requirementsAbility to analyze access requirements and implement appropriate controlsExperience working with ticketing systems and structured operational processesStrong communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersProblem-solving mindset with the ability to investigate and resolve issuesExperience with software development, programming, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC) technologies, with Terraform preferredScripting or automation experience (e.g. PowerShell, Logic Apps, Power Automate)Nice-to-haveExperience with IAM tooling (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, CyberArk)Knowledge of privileged access management (PAM) solutions and controlsExperience in financial services or regulated environmentsExposure to audit processes and regulatory frameworks (e.g. ISO, SOX, FCA expectations)Internal Role Level: L2 A little bit more about us! This will be via Teams. Second Interview: This will be a competency-based interview with one or more members of our team.Final Stage: You will have a final meeting with the Head of Department.
