Product, engineering, and data teams work together to deliver secure, governed, production-ready intelligence solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Role Summary We are looking for a Lead Product Manager – Technical within our Advisors & Transformation group to partner closely with business, product, AI, data, and engineering partners to elaborate technical requirements that meet product business requirements and align with Mastercard technology standards. The PM-T will build a strong knowledge of the Advisors & Transformation group and the work that they do to help accelerate the transformation of consulting through AI and technology. This is a highly collaborative role that will require close partnership with enterprise and services teams including enterprise AI, data governance, corporate security, compliance, sourcing, and consulting business teams. Success will be, been part of team building shared capabilities into scalable, day-to-day productivity and commercialization solutions supporting thousands of advisors and consultants. Roles and Responsibilities As a Lead Product Manager Technical, you will: • Perform Analysis of existing work flows for various projects in the advisory & consultancy space. • Close partnership with key stakeholders, understanding the business asks and translating that into technical requirements for development teams • Clear communication of technical requirements to the development team and development concerns to business stakeholders. The PM-T speaks the language of software development and product management. • Ensure correct requirements are defined to help integrate large language models, AI services, agent frameworks, workflow engines, knowledge bases, and orchestration platforms. • Identify key dependencies and knock-on impacts of new development work. • Collaborate with development staff on software designs. • Act as a technical consultant for Business Owners during implementation of new products/services. • Lead review sessions of technical requirements. • Help lead AI Adoption across the group with tools like Claude, CoPilot, CoWork Required Skills and Experience • 5+ years in a similar role. • Experience managing products, programs, or technology services. • Ability to align customer needs with product roadmaps. • Skilled at defining objectives, success metrics, and business outcomes. • Experience translating customer use cases into prioritized, testable backlogs. • Analyze ambiguous business challenges, collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine requirements, and translate them into clear technical solutions and delivery plans. • End-to-end software delivery and customer onboarding experience. • Ability to coordinate across engineering teams, product, consultancy, vendors, and multiple locations. • Strong prioritization, organization, and execution skills. • Comfortable balancing competing demands while maintaining momentum and transparency. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Can explain complex technical concepts to business and governance stakeholders. • Strong facilitation skills for workshops, training, and problem-solving sessions. • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members. • High degree of initiative, ownership, and self-motivation. • Collaborative mindset with a focus on engineering excellence • Experience building or integrating solutions using: • Large Language Models (LLMs) • AI services • Agent frameworks • Workflow/orchestration platforms • Understanding of; • Prompt engineering • AI evaluation frameworks • Guardrails and monitoring • Responsible AI practices • Agentic workflows Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must: Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices; Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed; Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
