The Early Talent Lead owns the strategy and its delivery across the business. They are part of the CEO Office, reporting to the Chief of Staff, as a part of our Growth workstreams.The role is both commercial and operational. It leads a cross-functional squad across the end-to-end business, succeeding through influence rather than line management. The right person will be highly strategic and able to think big picture, but also not afraid to roll their sleeves up to quickly get things done.
