That's why we're looking for a motivated Working Student to join our People Team.As our company continues to grow, new People topics and projects continuously emerge. We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of a topic, diving deep into it, and turning ideas into tangible outcomes.Rather than focusing on day-to-day People Operations, you'll work on dedicated projects that support our growth and employee experience. Depending on current priorities, this could include topics such as Employer Branding, Time Management, Work Location concepts, People Policies, or other strategic People initiatives.You'll research best practices, develop concepts, collaborate with stakeholders, and help turn ideas into reality.
