The ideal candidate will have direct experience supporting intern and resident programs, including IME and GME reimbursement, and a strong understanding of the financial and regulatory requirements that impact accredited residency training programs.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor of Science in business, accounting, or finance.Experience: 5 years of progressive development within a healthcare environment including experience managing staff. Recent hands-on responsibility for the preparation, completion, and review of healthcare cost reports, including experience supporting IME and GME reimbursement within an intern and resident training environment.Other: Effective communication skills with peers and upper management. Proficient with Microsoft Office programs. Understanding of Medicare/Medicaid regulations. Understanding of the net revenue month-end closing process.
