Company Our client is Asia's leading web3 venture studio focusing on DeFi projects Responsibilities Spearheading the development and deployment of their DeFi application, and leadingtheir technical team in the design and implementation of the products strategy,architecture, features, and functionality Building leading and growing the technology team and build out the necessarytechnology infrastructure to support the vision and purpose of the company Working with the leadership team to set clear priorities and goals for technology andproduct teams, balancing the long-term and immediate needs, and creating strategicplans and setting timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of all technical,web, and mobile services. Managing resource allocation, goal/KPI setting, and performance metrics Making infrastructure decisions, ensuring technical excellence, versatility, safety andsoundness, resiliency and scalability in the architecting and engineering of productsolutions, as well as managing all technical delivery Overseeing data security, management, and governance Managing strategic vendor and technology partner relationships Requirements Deep knowledge and experience in Trading, Fintech, Finance and Technicaldevelopment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Extensive experience in blockchain and DeFi, with a strong understanding of smartcontracts, decentralized exchanges, and other related technologies. Experience with Solidity, Ethereum, and other blockchain technologies.
