About OLIXAI is growing faster than any technology in history and the explosion in demand has created a massive infrastructure gap; we can no longer build chips or power stations fast enough to keep up. The industry is still leaning on a ten-year-old hardware blueprint that has reached its limit. A new paradigm that is faster and more efficient will be the biggest economic opportunity of the next century and create the most important company of the next decade. The OLIX Decode Accelerator 1 (DX-1) is the first accelerator architected specifically for decode. Rack-scale co-design of logic, data movement, packaging, optics and interconnect enables a step change in system level performance. The RoleWe're implementing IFS as our business ERP and manufacturing MES platform, and there's significant customisation required to make it fit how OLIX actually operates. We're looking for an IFS Programmer/Developer to work hands-on with the platform: configuring, customising, and integrating it so it reflects our real business and manufacturing processes rather than a generic template. This is a foundational hire on our IFS build-out, based out of our London HQ, with real scope to grow as the implementation, and your ownership of it, expands.ResponsibilitiesSupport the definition of OLIX business processes across finance, operations, and manufacturingDeliver IFS customisations that implement those business processes in the systemEstablish system connectivity between IFS and other OLIX business tools (e.g. PTC Windchill, REST APIs)Work closely with functional stakeholders (finance, supply chain, manufacturing) to translate process requirements into working IFS configuration and custom developmentHelp establish good practice for how we build, test, and maintain customisations as the implementation scalesSkills & ExperienceHands-on experience developing or customising IFS (ideally IFS Cloud), gained as a consultant or implementer at an IFS partner/reseller, or in-house at a company running IFSSolid understanding of IFS architecture: extensibility/customisation frameworks, workflows, business process configuration, and reportingExperience integrating IFS (or a comparable ERP/MES platform) with external systems via REST APIs and other integration methodsComfortable working directly with SQL/PLSQL or similar to extend data models and reportingAble to work directly with non-technical business stakeholders to turn process needs into system solutionsSelf-starter who's comfortable with real ownership early on, in a fast-moving, high-growth environmentNice to haveExperience with PTC Windchill or similar PLM systems, and integrating PLM with ERPExposure to MES/manufacturing shop-floor processes: production orders, traceability, quality, inventory, planningExperience in a hardware, industrial, or manufacturing business rather than a purely SaaS environmentPrior experience in a startup or scale-up going through its first major ERP implementationCompensation & EquityCompetitive salary: commensurate with experience, skills, and locationEquity & Ownership: meaningful stock options, you're not just joining the mission, you're owning a piece of itDue to U.S. export control regulations, candidates’ eligibility to work at OLIX depends on their most recent citizenship or permanent residency status. We are generally unable to consider applicants whose most recent citizenship or permanent residence is in certain restricted countries (currently including Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Venezuela). Applicants who have subsequently obtained citizenship or permanent residency in another country not subject to these restrictions may still be eligible.Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow
