Design, develop, and maintain scalable UI, API, and integration test automation frameworks (Playwright/TypeScript, Selenium, or equivalent)2. Collaborate with product owners, developers, and BAs to translate requirements/acceptance criteria into comprehensive test strategies3. Own end-to-end test automation for assigned squads/modules, ensuring coverage targets (e.g., 80%+) are met4. Build and maintain CI/CD test pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) including execution reporting and flaky-test triage5. Perform root-cause analysis on defects and platform issues, documenting known issues clearly for stakeholders6. Migrate legacy automation suites (e.g., Selenium/Java) to modern frameworks (Playwright/TypeScript)7. Drive Definition of Ready/Done adherence, participate in Three-Amigos sessions, and support sprint planning from a QA lens8. Mentor SDETs/QA engineers on automation design patterns, page object models, and debugging techniques9. Contribute to test case design (positive, negative, edge, regression) for complex functional areas10.Evaluate and integrate AI-assisted testing tools/workflows (e.g., MCP-based validation, Copilot for test generation) to improve efficiencyRequired Qualifications:1. 7+ years of hands-on experience in test automation / SDET roles2. Strong programming skills in TypeScript/JavaScript or Java3. Deep expertise with Playwright, Selenium/Selenide, or similar automation frameworks4. Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and version control (Git)5. Solid understanding of API testing (REST, Postman/RestAssured or similar)6. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies7. Strong debugging skills (XPath, DOM inspection, browser dev tools)8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaborationPreferred Qualifications:1. Strong Test Automation skills using playwright with TypeScript/JavaScript or Java2. Experience in developing automation framework3. Familiarity with accessibility testing4. Exposure to AI tools or prompt engineering for test generation5. Experience with performance testing tools (k6, JMeter)6.
