About The RoleKVG is looking for a Project Manager to lead a portfolio of projects from initiation to closure. You will work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define scope, build project plans, manage resources, and reduce risk across KVG's global operations.What You Will Do Coordinate cross-discipline team members so everyone is aligned on requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Lead project meetings, facilitate discussions, and resolve issues as they arise during execution. Make sure deliverables meet quality standards and are submitted on time. Prepare clear status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing project information. Build and run project communication plans so all stakeholders are informed in a clear and timely way. Manage change requests, assess their impact on timelines and budgets, and communicate changes to the right people. Coordinate user manuals, training materials, and other documentation for successful implementation and handover. Identify new opportunities with clients to expand project scope and build long-term relationships. Obtain customer acceptance of deliverables and manage customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Run post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and areas for improvement. Guide and mentor junior project team members in their professional development. What We Are Looking ForRequired Bachelor's degree in a related field. 4–5 years of experience in project management or a related field. Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and meet deadlines. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Professional written and spoken English, which is KVG's working language. Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
