Roles and Responsibilities Stay current with SAP IRPA product updates, roadmap, participate in Beta programs, POCs, migrations, and new feature integrations. Independently develop automation solutions using SAP IRPA and other RPA tools. Act as a mentor to junior developers, performing code reviews and offering technical guidance. Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority production issues swiftly with expert-level analytical skills. Design and implement automation solutions based on AS-IS process documentation. Write custom SDKs in SAP IRPA, e.g., SDKs for Outlook using MS Graph API. Adhere to COE coding standards, maintain documentation and best practices. Handle end-to-end automation involving Web, Windows, Email, Outlook, APIs, SAP GUI, and BAPIs. Support UAT, deployment, and post-production verification. Utilize open-source tools when SAP IRPA limitations arise.
