Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description Job Description: Provides systems analysis, design, development, testing and support for moderately complex technical information system components. Essential Functions and Other Job Information: • Designs and develops components and services according to specifications within a team environment. • Performs systems analysis and prepares detailed system documentation including requirements, specifications, test plans and user manuals. • Performs unit and system tests and, as needed, validation testing. • Assists DBA with database design. • Coordinates with Operations staff on deployment of applications. • Works with business partners to analyze and address support requests to include training. • Ensures all activities are performed with quality and compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years’). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Client focused approach with strong interpersonal skills Must be able to multitask and pay close attention to detail Solid knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, Web Services, ETL and related technologies, REST services Solid knowledge of basic relational database platforms Familiarity with the following systems & skills preferred: Microsoft IIS, Microsoft Azure Cloud, Azure Web App, Azure Function App, Azure DevOps, Clinical Industry Knowledge, Project Management Strong logic, analysis, and problem solving skills Working conditions Long, varied hours required occasionally. Required to participate in on-call rotation. Required to work in APAC Shift-2 or Shift 3 Working Hours India : 1 PM IST – 10 PM IST or 3 PM IST - 12 AM IST Philippines : 3:30 PM PST – 12:30 AM PST or 5:30 PM PST - 2:30 AM PST
