You'll be the technical owner of cloud platform support across a multi-cloud environment, working on the infrastructure that keeps enterprise-grade SaaS and PaaS products running. If you've spent years on AWS operations, know your way around Kubernetes and Terraform in production, and thrive in an on-call, fast-response culture, this is a contract with substance and scope.---**PROJECT & CONTEXT**You'll join a cloud operations team responsible for supporting, configuring, and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure across AWS (primary), GCP, Azure, and OpenStack. The environment spans containerised workloads on Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Java application stacks (Tomcat, JBoss), and Linux-based systems — all running at enterprise scale. The role includes on-call pager duty responsibilities and requires the ability to diagnose and resolve complex, multi-layer cloud, network, and access issues with minimal escalation.
