As a Senior Java Developer, you'll own solutions end to end, from design to deployment and production support. You'll mentor fellow engineers and help shape the technical direction of large-scale digital commerce platforms. AI-assisted development is encouraged, and engineering craft is what's valued most.PROJECT & CONTEXTYou'll work on complex, production-level e-commerce systems built around Shopify integrations and event-driven backend services. Your responsibilities will include: Designing and implementing scalable backend services and APIs Owning your code through development, deployment and maintenance Diagnosing and resolving production issues Challenging business requirements to deliver the best outcomes Driving adoption of new technologies and contributing to the technology roadmap Mentoring the team and conducting technical interviews Working hours are 08:00–17:00 CET.
