If you are a driven and seasoned Accounts Payable Specialist eager to take on new challenges, we encourage you to explore this compelling opportunity with EIS.Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable including reconciling invoices to the agreements, entering bills, applying payments Posting journal entries in NetSuite, including accrual of expenses, amortization of prepayments, allocation of expenses between departments Analyze expense trends utilizing strong accounting knowledge Communicate with vendors and approval managers discussing all billing matters, payment, and billing terms Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports and analysis as needed Prepare reports to the heads of department with regard to payments processed and outstanding liabilities Provide invoices support, including assisting in the research, analysis, and payment issues Provide support to the team during annual Group and stand-alone audits Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Bachelor’s degree in accounting and a minimum of 3-year experience Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills Ability to take ownership and demonstrate strong leadership and follow through Experience in working with accounting systems such as NetSuite is desirable Attention to detail, completing multiple or repetitive tasks Experienced with all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel Job Benefits Work with top talent and great colleagues who are industry and technology experts.
