User Support & Helpdesk Management: Provide technical support to remote employees, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Security & Compliance: Implement cybersecurity best practices, manage access controls, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Cloud & SaaS Management: Oversee cloud services, including AWS, Azure, and Google Workspace, optimizing performance and security. Backup & Disaster Recovery: Ensure robust data backup strategies and disaster recovery plans are in place. Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain scripts for IT automation and efficiency. Software & Hardware Management: Deploy, configure, and manage software applications and company devices. IT Policy Development: Establish and enforce IT policies and best practices across the organization. What You Need to Succeed Experience: 5+ years of IT administration experience in a remote or hybrid setting. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Hands-on experience with network administration (VPNs, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, etc.). Proficiency in cybersecurity tools and best practices. Ability to write scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Education & Certifications (Preferred but not Required): Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
