Step into a culture where inclusivity is the foundation, where your ideas are trusted and supported, your passions are nurtured, and the spirit of collaboration is encouraged.We move fast, think differently, and empower our people to deliver breakthrough solutions.We are looking forProcess Engineer - Ultra sonic welding (m/f/d)at one of our locations in EMEA region - Germany (Reutlingen), France (Masevaux) Your tasks: Technical Leadership & Competency Management· Primary contact and technical lead for local Process Engineers within their respective area of specialization· Ensure training, qualification, and continuous development of local Process Engineering functions across all plants· Ensure effective know-how transfer between plants in both directions 2. Global Process Support & Governance· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing plants worldwide in process-related matters· Define, standardize, and continuously develop global process standards· Own end-to-end responsibility for process-related topics throughout the entire product lifecycle· Serve as Process Owner for the Master Process FMEA (P-FMEA) to ensure a consistent global risk management approach· Monitor compliance with industry standards and quality requirements 3. Process Development & Continuous Improvement· Analyze current-state processes and perform gap analyses against target-state requirements· Develop, implement, and continuously optimize robust and scalable production processes· Improve efficiency, productivity, and quality while sustainably reducing costs and downtime· Utilize KPIs and established methodologies such as Lean Management and Six Sigma for problem solving and process improvement· Systematically capture and roll out lessons learned across plants to drive continuous improvement 4. Project & Capital Investment Management· Support RFQ (Request for Quotation) activities· Ensure on-time procurement of machinery, including support and participation in FAT/SAT activities, while adhering to budget targets· Lead and coordinate continuous improvement and optimization projects 5. Innovation & Technology Management· Conduct proactive technology scouting and trend monitoring to advance manufacturing processes and capabilities Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fieldKnowledge of:o Automotive Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, etc.)o IATF 16949Fluent English skills (German is nice to have)Weld engineer or mechanical engineer experience (acc.
