Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal research. Handle matters involving community associations, property disputes, and contracts. Support settlement efforts and prepare matters for hearings or trial as needed. Keep clients informed and participate in occasional evening meetings. Qualifications 3+ years of civil litigation experience. Active California Bar license and residence in California. Strong legal writing, research, organization, and client communication skills. Availability for occasional evening meetings. HOA or community association litigation experience is preferred; trial experience is a strong plus.
