If you're organised, enjoy helping people, and like solving problems, this could be the perfect next step.What You'll Be Doing Help new clients get set up and make sure all information is accurate Carry out customer checks and support compliance processes Maintain client records and keep systems updated Support customer accounts, deposits, and banking products Work closely with teams across the business, including Compliance, Sales, and Technology Identify ways to improve processes and customer experience Participate in exciting projects, system improvements, and new initiatives Grow your knowledge across different areas of banking operations What We're Looking For At least 2 years' experience in banking or financial services Experience with KYC, CDD, onboarding, customer support, or operations Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Fluent English communication skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team What's in It for You?
