Key Responsibilities Maintain customer master data across ERP and business systems. Create, update, validate, and inactivate customer records in accordance with company policies. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems and regions. Perform regular data quality reviews and identify opportunities for data cleansing. Support customer onboarding processes and verify required documentation. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Credit, Tax, Compliance, and IT teams to resolve data issues. Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and data governance standards. Analyze master data trends and provide recommendations for process improvements. Support system implementations, integrations, migrations, and testing activities related to customer data. Provide input into the development of master data procedures, work instructions, and training materials. Monitor and resolve master data tickets within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
