Take ownership of solution architecture and technical design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementationsGather and analyse customer requirementsConduct fit gap analyses and translate business requirements into technical solutionsDesign and document CRM architectures, including integration and data modelsProvide technical leadership to implementation teamsCoordinate external partners and stakeholdersAdvise customers at eye level, from strategic planning through to implementationEnsure adherence to Microsoft best practices and architectural standardsSupport pre sales activities and customer presentationsMentor and support junior consultantsYour ProfileAt least 5 years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environmentSeveral years of experience in a solution architecture or senior consulting roleStrong practical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Sales and Customer ServiceSolid experience with Microsoft Power Platform and DataverseExperience designing integration architectures with Azure and third party systemsPrevious consulting or project experience is an advantageVery good German skills, minimum C1 level.
