Microservices Expertise: Proven production experience with microservices architecture. Database Knowledge: Strong skills with relational and non-relational databases. API Development: Experience building and integrating REST APIs. AI-Augmented Development: Strong proficiency with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot) and modern AI-assisted development practices as part of day-to-day work. Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS or similar providers. Leadership: Ability to mentor and lead technical projects. Communication: Proficient in English with strong verbal and written skills. DevOps Awareness: Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a strong advantage. Problem-Solving Skills: Proficient in software design principles and patterns with a motivated, self-driven approach. Bonus Points for: Experience developing high-scale SaaS solutions.
