Environment & Security Governance: Manage runtime configurations, secrets, environment variables, TLS certificates, and OAuth security while maintaining strict segregation of duties. Lifecycle Operations: Execute application restarts, runtime upgrades, capacity scaling, and configuration updates with minimal system downtime. Application Support, Maintenance & Trend Analysis Production & Incident Support: Resolve technical and functional system issues across enterprise applications, analyzing logs, alerts, metrics, and transaction traces to intercept failures early. Proactive Improvement: Perform trend analysis on recurring support tickets to identify root causes and implement system enhancements that reduce overall support volume. Salesforce & Ecosystem Alignment: Serve as a primary process expert collaborating with developers, QA, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to support end-to-end Salesforce workflows and deploy new functionality. AI-Driven Workflow & Process Automation Agentic Workflows: Design and implement intelligent support systems where AI agents collaborate alongside human support engineers to resolve incidents faster. Automation Health: Continuously monitor existing automations, troubleshoot pipeline failures, and optimize system performance. Release, Change Management & Governance Deployment Pipelines: Oversee sandbox environments, UAT testing, and production releases using established CI/CD best practices. Cross-Functional Coordination: Align major releases, enhancements, and platform upgrades across business stakeholders and development teams. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive, audit-ready technical documentation for system configurations, integrations, and business processes. What You Bring MuleSoft Mastery: 4+ years of hands-on administration and implementation experience using the Anypoint Platform (Runtime Manager, CloudHub/CloudHub 2.0, API Manager, Exchange, and Mule Runtime). Enterprise & Finance Ecosystem Connectivity: Proven experience supporting integrations connecting Salesforce, Workday, SAP Concur, Coupa, relational databases, SFTP, REST/SOAP APIs, and messaging queues. Technical Depth: Solid grasp of SOA patterns, API security standards, TLS/certificates, CI/CD toolchains, and log analysis tools. Agility & Innovation Mindset: A proactive problem-solver comfortable managing multiple competing priorities, experimenting with new tools, and embracing AI-driven workflows. Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a track record of collaborating effectively with developers, QA, and business partners.
