QualificationsMust-Have Degree-qualified architect with a professional architecture license in the US. 2+ years of professional architecture experience across multiple project types. Familiarity with building codes and standards (e.g., IBC) and tools (Revit, AutoCAD, BIM). Portfolio of built or realized work. Comfortable using everyday AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT). Based in the United States. Professional working English. Reliable commitment to about 10 hours per week.
