Our reps call real customers of ecommerce brands and help them finish the purchases they left behind. Brands get back revenue they would have lost. Reps earn commission on every sale they close, from home.The roleWe are looking for our Head of Growth to own the growth of our US rep marketplace. Your job is simple to say and fun to do: bring great sales reps into the marketplace, and turn sign-ups into active reps. You will build and run the full funnel, test fast, and measure everything.What you will do- Own the growth of the US rep marketplace, from first click to active rep- Build and run recruiting funnels and campaigns, paid and organic: Meta, TikTok, Google and UGC creators- Run SMS campaigns to opt-in lists only- Improve the landing page and run conversion tests- Build referral programs that turn our best reps into recruiters- Build partnerships with job boards and online communities- Track every step from sign-up to active rep, and report the numbers to the founders- Work with our ad agency and with the Head of MarketplaceWho you are- You have a background in growth or performance marketing- You are data-driven: you set up tracking, read the numbers and act on them- You move fast and you like to test new ideas every week- You can write a clear ad and brief a creator- You are based in the United StatesNice to have- Growth experience at a marketplace, gig economy or recruiting startup- Experience working with UGC creators and ad agenciesWhat we offer- A fully remote, full-time role- Work directly with the founders- Full ownership of growth in a fast-growing sales marketplace in the United States- Room to grow as the marketplace growsHow to applyEmail with the subject "Application - Head of Growth".
