You'll own project delivery end-to-end — from scoping and planning through to go-live and handover — working closely with consultants, clients, and Phoenix leadership to keep engagements on time, on budget, and on scope.This is a fully remote role, but you must be based in the UK and able to work UK business hours, as our client base and team operate primarily on GMT/BST.What You'll DoOwn delivery for multiple concurrent client projects across implementationsBuild and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource schedulesManage project budgets, track burn against SOWs, and flag scope creep or change requests earlyAct as the primary point of contact for clients on day-to-day delivery mattersCoordinate cross-functional consultant teams, keeping work unblocked and on trackRun regular status reporting — internally to leadership and externally to clientsIdentify risks and issues proactively, and drive them to resolutionSupport commercial conversations around change orders and scope extensionsContribute to continuous improvement of Phoenix's delivery methodology and templatesWhat We're Looking For3+ years' experience in project management within a technology or IT consulting environmentProven experience delivering ERP or CRM implementation projects (Salesforce, SAP, or NetSuite experience strongly preferred)Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneouslyStrong command of project management fundamentals — planning, budgeting, RAID logs, change controlExcellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to senior client stakeholdersSelf-directed and comfortable working in a fully remote, distributed teamPMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification a plus, but not requiredBased in the UK and able to work UK business hoursWhat We OfferFully remote working, with a genuinely flexible, trust-based cultureWork across varied, high-calibre client engagements in the Salesforce, SAP, and NetSuite ecosystemA close-knit, senior team where your input on delivery approach genuinely shapes how we workCompetitive salary, dependent on experiencePhoenix Consulting is an equal opportunity employer.
