IT Support Specialist

BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (part time ,on-site) "IT Support Specialist" in Lugano .Tasks➡️ Provide first- or second-level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.➡️ Work with third-party vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.➡️Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.➡️ Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.➡️ Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows OS , Microsoft Office & Cisco Jabber authorized .➡️ Should have basic knowledge of the Mac operating system to support Apple PC users.➡️ Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and computer hardware.➡️ Performs remedial repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.➡️ Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.Requirements1.Must hold a valid work permit2.Several years of experience in the IT field3.Local language (Italian) & English fluency mandatory .BenefitsOn-site roleStable ongoing projectProfessional and supportive work environmentOpportunity for additional hours based on performancePotential for long-term engagement1st November 2026Find more English Speaking Jobs in Switzerland on Arbeitnow
