................For our client in Zurich/Vienna, we are looking for a PEGA Business Architect (70%).Your tasks:Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and business departmentsFacilitate workshops and requirements elicitation sessions to understand business needs and identify opportunities for improvementTranslate business requirements into scalable and effective PEGA solution designsModel, analyze, and optimize business processes using industry best practicesDefine user stories, business rules, acceptance criteria, and process flows.Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on process automation and digital transformation initiativesCollaborate closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, System Architects, Developers, and QA teamsEnsure adherence to PEGA delivery methodologies, governance, and best practicesSupport testing, user acceptance activities, and solution deploymentContribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of the PEGA platform and related business processe Your profile:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldSeveral years of professional experience as a Business Architect, Business Analyst, or in a comparable roleProven experience working with the PEGA PlatformStrong knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM), workflow automation, and digital transformation initiativesExperience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, or KanbanFamiliarity with process modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN)Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholdersExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsStrong facilitation and stakeholder management capabilitiesFluent in English; German is considered an advantageFind Jobs in Switzerland on Arbeitnow
