This part-time role (20 hrs/week) focuses on managing grant-funded procurement's and contracts for a state health agency. What You Will Do Manage all grant-funded procurement's and contracts Serve as the procurement point of contact for the grant Issue, award, and manage solicitations including RFPs, RFQs, RFGAs, and Task Orders Issue and manage Intergovernmental Service Agreements (ISAs) Align procurement activities with grant requirements ensuring documentation, audit readiness, and risk mitigation Attend planning and project management meetings Coordinate with program leadership, finance, and the Chief Procurement Officer Required Qualifications 5+ years of procurement experience, state or government procurement strongly preferred Project management experience Grants and grant contracting experience Must be local to Arizona with current city and state on resume Available for an in-person interview within 1 week Able to start within 2 weeks of an offer To Apply Submit your resume with your current Arizona city and state listed.
