Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and reach resolution under pressure in customer interactions. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, while exercising sound judgement. Technical Agility: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems, with excellent data entry skills.
