The ideal candidate is not just a poster and scheduler, but a strategist who understands how to optimize campaigns and close the marketing loop throughpaid advertising,email marketing, andcontent coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and manageFacebook and Instagram and Google ad campaigns(paid and organic)Research and identify targetNDISandaged carecommunities online (e.g. Facebook groups) and formulate outreach strategies.Plan, write, schedule, and publish social media content in coordination with our internal design teamManage and segment an existingemail databaseusing platforms including Hubspot and Mailchimp.Set up and executeemail marketing campaignstargeting segmented lists (existing clients, leads, etc.) Monitor ad spend, analyze performance metrics (CTR, conversions, ROI), and make data-informed adjustments Collaborate with the founder on marketing calendar, content themes, and campaign strategyUse AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Canva Pro, Jasper.ai) to accelerate and enhance creative outputsEnsure brand consistency across all marketing channels.Assist the founder with other administrative and accounting tasks as appropriateRequirementsPreferred Qualifications 2-3+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
