Thanks to our innovative approach, they can secure financial liquidity without having to commit to a long-term arrangement.Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking a Head of Finance based in Berlin, to start immediately.Your responsibilities:· Managing the finance department· Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)· Ensuring accounts are kept in accordance with regulations· Assisting with bookkeeping, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements· Ensuring and monitoring compliance with all regulatory requirements and supporting internal and external audits· Preparing regular reports and ad hoc analyses based on cost and performance indicators (e.g. target/actual analyses and productivity analyses)· Ensuring that specialist knowledge in the areas of payment transactions, fintech and banking is kept up to date at all times· Cross-border transactions within the EU· FundraisingYour skills:You hold a degree in Business Administration or have completed another relevant qualificationYou have several years’ relevant professional experience as a manager in the finance sectorYou have a very good command of EnglishYou are familiar with the banking or FinTech sectorYou have knowledge of the relevant tax lawsYou have experience with common ERP systemsYou enjoy working as part of a teamWhat you can expectCurrently, the DeutschlandticketCurrently, membership of Urban SportsFresh fruit baskets, cold and hot drinksAn international environment with a dynamic, committed and supportive teamAn office right next to the main railway station, designed in the style of a co-working spaceWorking from home is possibleA secure job in a company that has enjoyed a steady track record of success since its foundation in 2011If you’re motivated and keen to play your part in our success story in this role of responsibility, you should apply straight away.
